The differentiator is density. At 10,800 coreless bags per carton (60 rolls × 180 bags), ES-GB-11 delivers the lowest cost per bag in our range — roughly 20–25 % below ES-GB-09 on a per-unit basis. The coreless design eliminates the cardboard core waste and allows more bags per dispenser refill.

Where it sits in our range. ES-GB-11 anchors the economy end. At 15 μm, it uses the same film gauge as ES-GB-09 but in a higher-density pack configuration. It is ordered most often by municipal governments buying in annual tender quantities, dog park operators, and kennel/cattery businesses where pickup volume is high and the bag is purely functional.
When NOT to specify
When not to specify it. If your end-users expect handle-tie convenience or a premium retail presentation, ES-GB-10 is the better product. ES-GB-11 is a commodity item — it works perfectly but does not convey a premium brand experience on its own.

Frequently asked questions
How does the coreless roll work in a standard dispenser?
Coreless rolls use the bag material itself as the structural center — the innermost bags form a tightly wound core that functions identically to a cardboard tube. Simply place the roll in your dispenser and pull from the center as you would with any cored roll. The absence of a cardboard core means there is nothing to discard when the roll is empty — the last bag pulls out cleanly, leaving zero waste.
Are these bags thinner/weaker than your standard dog bags?
At 15μm, these bags use the same gauge as our standard home-compostable dog bag (ES-GB-09). The film formulation is identical — the cost savings come from the coreless format and higher carton density, not from material downgrading. Performance (puncture resistance, leak-proofing, handling) is equivalent to our standard 15μm dog bags.
What is the minimum order for private label/coreless refill packs?
500 kg for custom production — approximately 25 cartons of finished goods. We can match your existing dispenser roll diameter and bag count spec.
