Compostable Mulch Film
Soil-degradable agricultural film
Four soil-biodegradable mulch films are certified to EN 17033 (TÜV OK Biodegradable SOIL) — the standard that matters in the field, because the film is tilled into the soil after harvest rather than composted. Blends range from 40:60 to 65:35 PBAT:PLA across 12–35 μm gauges: a transparent greenhouse film, a black weed-suppression film (E153 plant carbon black), a vegetable-grade film, and a durable 4-season option.
The economics work on labour: tilling in eliminates film retrieval — roughly 30 hours per hectare saved — and every film is ecotoxicity-tested for germination and earthworm safety before it ships.
