1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to answer business inquiries and operate the website:

• Inquiry form data — name, work email, company, phone/WhatsApp, country, estimated quantity, and your message. You provide this voluntarily when requesting a quote.
• Usage data — aggregated, pseudonymised analytics via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (pages visited, device type, country, referral source). No individual browsing profiles are built.
• Business correspondence — emails and messages exchanged with our sales team.

3. How we use your data

• Responding to inquiries: quotes, samples, technical documentation, compliance packs
• Fulfilling pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Our legitimate interest in promoting and improving a B2B business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): follow-ups on quotes you requested, website analytics, fraud prevention

4. Cookies & analytics

5. Who receives your data

• Service providers — web hosting, email, analytics (Google), and freight/logistics partners, under data-processing agreements, only as needed to run the website and fulfil orders.

6. International transfers

We operate from China, and some providers (e.g. Google) process data in the United States. Transfers outside the EEA/UK rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards where applicable. 7. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Business records required by tax/customs law are kept for the statutory period. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard settings (14 months for event data).

• EEA/UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to legitimate-interest processing, and withdrawal of consent. Complaints may be lodged with your local supervisory authority.

This is a business-to-business website not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
