1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing esinle.com ("the Site") or requesting a quotation from Esinle ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Esinle

Esinle is a biodegradable packaging manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China, supplying compostable bags and films (PLA, PBAT, and blends) to business buyers worldwide under OEM/ODM arrangements. The Site is an informational and inquiry channel; product sales are governed by the individual sales agreements we sign with buyers.

3. Use of the Site

• You may browse the Site and submit inquiries for legitimate business purposes.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, scrape content at scale, or misrepresent your identity.
• Inquiry form submissions must contain accurate, current contact information.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, product images, diagrams, certifications, logos, and the Esinle name — is owned by Esinle or its licensors. You may download documents we make available (spec sheets, certificates) for your own purchasing evaluation. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires our prior written consent. Buyer-provided artwork and designs remain the buyer's property and are used solely to fulfil their orders.

5. Quotations and orders

• No binding offer via the Site — prices, MOQs, lead times, and product specifications shown on the Site are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer.
• Quotations — a written quotation from our sales team states price, quantity, specification, delivery terms (Incoterms), and validity period. A quotation becomes binding only when confirmed in a signed sales agreement or order confirmation.
• Orders — orders are placed against our proforma invoice; production starts after deposit or as specified in the sales agreement. Samples are supplied at our discretion and may be chargeable.
• Custom/OEM production — buyer-approved artwork and samples are the basis of production. Changes after approval may incur additional cost and lead time.

6. Product information and certifications

We describe our products and certifications (EN 13432, ASTM D6400, BPI, OK Compost HOME, TÜV) accurately to the best of our knowledge. Certificates are issued for specific products at specific dates and are subject to renewal; buyers requiring certification for a specific SKU should request current copies before ordering. Product images are illustrative; minor differences between samples and mass production are possible within agreed tolerances. For EU buyers, regulatory guidance shown on the Site (e.g. PPWR) is informational, not legal advice.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esinle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Product liability is governed by the applicable sales agreement and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Disclaimers

• The Site may reference regulations and standards; such references are provided for convenience and may not be complete or current.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site.
• Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, regulatory, or tax advice.

9. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites (e.g. certification bodies, trade organisations). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first, then, if unresolved, by the competent courts of Guangzhou, China. For cross-border sales, the governing law and dispute forum specified in the applicable sales agreement take precedence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
