Blown-film extrusion and conversion run at our Guangzhou facility, with process checks and traceable batch control at each critical stage.

Final inspection is checked against the agreed specification and paired with the applicable evidence pack for your product and target market.

Shipment
Export cartons, pallet pattern and documentation are prepared around the order format, route and receiving requirements.

Start from an existing ESINLE format or build a project-specific construction. Each variable is confirmed against use conditions, manufacturing tolerances and the required evidence route.
Dimensions & gauges
Film from 8 μm to 200 μm, developed as bags, sheets or rolls around the required fit and load case.
Material formulation
PLA, PBAT and starch-based blends adjusted for clarity, flexibility, toughness, sealing and processing.
Colour & flexo print
Custom colour matching and up to eight-colour flexographic print for private-label and branded programmes.
Retail & export packing
Private-label boxes, belly bands, rolls, bulk packs and export cartons planned around distribution needs.
Evidence route
