Q1:What information should I provide if I want to get a quotation?
A1: The size of the products (Length xWidth xThickness).
The types of material.
The numbers of printing color Order quantity
If possible, please provide the product pictures or design sketch for better understanding.
if not, it would to provide the relevant product details for reference.
Q2: How about the sample policy?
A2: We can provide free samples but you need to pay the transportation cost or you can provide us your account
Q3: Can you make my designs?
A3:Yes.customized design is always welcome, like OEM/ODM orders.You can provide us your design.
Q4: Do you have MOQ requirement?
A4: Most of our broducts are in stock.so we accept small auantitv of order.
For customized products,1 metric ton without printing;2 metric ton with printing.
Q5: Why your price on website is not same as the real price?
A5: The price on the website is the rough quotation. Different sizes and colors have different prices.
Q6: What is the delivery time?
A6: Normally in stock items take 3-7 days. customized orders take 15-20 days after receiving your payment

A7: Our products can be biodegradable.It can degrade into H2O and Co2 by microorganisms in landfill or water,
remaining zero harmful subslance in soil and water, totally non-toxic. It will only take 90-180 days under the
compost condition according to different size and thickness of the products
