ES-GB-06 is our 13-gallon large drawstring bag — the standard kitchen format for North American households, break rooms, and office pantries. The drawstring closure makes it the preferred SKU for consumers and building management alike: no tying, no slipping, clean transport..
The differentiator is the single-material drawstring. The closure is extruded from the same PLA+PBAT compound as the bag body — not a separate PP or PET heat-sealed component.

Maximum fill capacity of 8 kg at 22μm gauge. Drawstring rated to 5 kg carrying weight — for near-capacity loads, support the bag from the bottom during transport. Not suitable for outdoor yard waste or construction debris. The drawstring may lose elasticity if stretched beyond its rated capacity repeatedly. Store in original sealed packaging away from heat and humidity.

Do I need to remove the drawstring before composting?
No — and this is a key ESINLE advantage. The drawstring is made from the same PLA+PBAT material as the bag body and is certified compostable as part of the complete product under both ASTM D6400 and OK Compost HOME. You can place the entire bag with drawstring directly into your compost bin or municipal organics collection. No disassembly, no separation, no confusion.
How does the drawstring hold up when the bag is full and heavy?
Our flex-elastic drawstring is tested to 5 kg of sustained carrying weight. When cinched, the drawstring distributes the load evenly around the bag opening. We recommend not exceeding the bag's 8 kg fill capacity for optimal drawstring performance. For near-capacity loads, support the bag from the bottom when carrying.
What is the shelf life of these bags?
At recommended storage conditions (20–25°C, 40–60% relative humidity) in sealed original packaging, shelf life is 12+ months. The drawstring does not degrade faster than the bag body — it is chemically identical material. Avoid storing in direct sunlight or high-humidity environments which may accelerate polymer hydrolysis.
