Limitations & Storage
Maximum width of 1,000mm — loads exceeding this width should use multiple overlapping wraps. At 50μm maximum gauge, extremely sharp or abrasive loads may require additional edge protection (corner boards, edge protectors) which we recommend for all stretch wrap applications regardless of material. Industrial compostable only — not suitable for home composting at gauges above 20μm.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for custom dimensions?
500 kg per custom specification — approximately 30–120 rolls depending on roll dimensions. This covers the setup and changeover costs on our blown film and slitting lines. For very large dimensions (900mm+ width, 50μm gauge), the minimum may be slightly higher due to material consumption during line startup.
How quickly can you produce a new custom dimension?
Standard lead time for new custom dimensions is 15–25 days from order confirmation, including: film formulation compounding (2–3 days), blown film extrusion trial (1–2 days), slitting to width (1 day), and quality testing (2–3 days). For rush orders, we offer a 10-day expedited service at a 15% surcharge.
Can you match the color and performance of my existing LLDPE wrap?
We can match most colors via masterbatch addition during extrusion. Performance matching requires your LLDPE specification sheet — we will formulate a PBAT+PLA blend targeting equivalent or better tensile, elongation, and puncture values. A pre-production sample is provided for your approval before full production.
