The differentiator is the handle structure. Unlike a separate heat-sealed plastic handle, our handles are die-cut from the bag film itself — a single-material design that certifies as one unit to EN 13432 and ASTM D6400.
Where it sits in our range. ES-SB-02 runs roughly 10 % above our standard T-shirt bag (ES-SB-03) per unit — the premium covers the die-cutting step and the FSC-certified dispenser carton.

The 16-micron gauge is optimized for cost and carbon footprint rather than maximum durability. For loads consistently above 8 lbs or sharp-edged contents, upgrade to the ES-SB-01 (22 micron) or ES-SB-04 (25 micron) models.

Is the dispenser carton itself compostable?
Yes — the carton is made from FSC-certified kraft paper with soy-based ink printing. It can be recycled or industrially composted along with any bag scraps.
What is the minimum shelf life for bulk orders?
We guarantee 12 months from the date of delivery when stored under recommended conditions (cool, dry, away from direct sunlight). Inventory rotation is recommended for high-volume purchasers.
Can the die-cut handle support heavier items than the rated 8 lbs?
The 8 lb rating is conservative and accounts for dynamic loading (carrying, swinging). Static load testing shows no failure below 14 lbs. However, sustained loads above 8 lbs may cause handle elongation over time.
