The differentiator is film-hand. At 30–40 μm, our PBAT+PLA co-extruded film drapes soft and quiet — no crinkle, no stiffness — so event guests actually keep it on through the whole set instead of tearing it off after ten minutes.
Where it sits in our range. ES-PW-01 is the volume workhorse of the Protective Wear line — the hooded, long-sleeved, snap-front poncho format that covers the vast majority of event and field-work use cases in a single adult one-size SKU.

Not designed for multi-day reuse — compostable films begin to soften with prolonged moisture and UV exposure; specify for single-event or single-shift duty. Not suitable for sustained contact with heat sources or open flame. Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight; shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture.

Frequently asked questions
Is it really waterproof?
Yes — the PBAT/PLA co-extruded film is fully impermeable, equivalent to a conventional PE poncho in water resistance. Seams are heat-welded, not stitched, so there are no needle holes to leak. It is rated for sustained heavy rain for the full duration of a single outdoor event or work shift.
What happens to it after use?
It goes into organic waste — the entire poncho is certified compostable. In regions with organic-waste collection, it goes straight into the green bin with food scraps. OK Compost HOME certification means it also breaks down in a well-maintained backyard compost heap within 12 weeks. No special facility required.
Can I print our event logo on it?
Yes — up to 4-colour flexographic printing on the front chest and full back panel. Minimum 1 ton for custom print with 15-day proof turnaround. For large event orders we recommend the full-back panel placement: it is the highest-visibility branding surface you will ever get for the cost of a rain poncho.
