Do not print certification marks or quote the 65% bio-based-carbon and 180-day results until the current reports are matched to the exact finished construction. Store sealed cartons cool, dry and away from heat, direct sunlight and excess humidity; confirm shelf life and inventory rotation in the signed specification.

What makes ES-SB-05 home compostable?
The claim should be supported by current finished-product certification or test evidence covering the exact formulation, gauge, dimensions, colour and printing. Ask for the certificate number, holder, validity and product scope before approval.
Does 65% bio-based carbon mean 65% of the whole bag is plant based?
Not necessarily. ASTM D6866 reports the renewable share of carbon under its stated calculation basis; it does not by itself state the renewable share of total bag mass, environmental impact or compostability. Review the exact report wording.
Is the 20 μm bag suitable for a 10 lb grocery load?
Ten pounds / 4.5 kg is the stated rated-load reference. Suitability still depends on contents, handle and seam geometry, temperature, moisture and carrying conditions, so test a production-representative sample with your real load.
Can I add custom branding?
