This is the no-compromise option. Several European food processors have used ES-CF-04 to eliminate PVC cling film entirely from their operations, achieving 100% compostable food-contact film with no reduction in line speed or product protection.
Where it sits in our range. ES-CF-04 is the highest-performance cling film we produce and the most expensive per roll at approximately 20\u201325% above PVC equivalents.

Heat seal initiation at 95°C — verify compatibility with existing heat seal equipment as some PVC films seal at lower temperatures (80–85°C). Not suitable for applications requiring barrier performance beyond OTR 380 cc/m²/day (e.g., modified atmosphere packaging). The 50:50 blend is optimized for 20–30°C use; performance at extreme temperatures (< 5°C or > 40°C) may vary.

Can this replace PVC on high-speed automated wrapping lines?
Yes. This film has been production-tested on Ilapak Delta 3000 and Ulma Atlanta flow wrappers at 60+ packs per minute with seal integrity and film tracking comparable to PVC.
